Connie is principal and IAQ scientist with Sanit- Air, Inc. hazardous materials management from Wayne State University. Connie has provided consultation in more than 4000 buildings.    She has also served as a guest lecturer for professional development courses to industrial hygienists, building code officials, home inspectors, lawyers, and medical professionals.

Tom Morbach is principal with Sanit-Air, Inc. where he serves as an IAQ consultant and mold investigator. He holds numerous certifications in the areas of water damage restoration, lead, duct cleaning, and asbestos. Tom specializes in innovative containment designs, attic restoration projects, desiccant drying design, and mold remediation.

Mr. Smith is currently the Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program (RRP) Director with the Michigan Department of Community Health, Lead, and Healthy Homes Section. In addition to his position with the MDCH, Mr. Smith was the Housing Rehabilitation Administrator for the City of Grand Rapids for 28 years, held a Michigan Residential Builders License for  in public Administration from Western Michigan University.
